Brian Kelly

Brian joined the Marcus & Millichap team in 2016. Prior to being promoted to an agent, he was a financial analyst for the Hatcher Coe Group. In 2017, Brian was awarded the Pace Setter Award for Marcus & Millichap, an award that is only presented to agents who meet an exceptional standard of performance during their first four months. In addition to receiving the firm’s Sales Recognition Award in 2020, he has been awarded the firm’s prestigious National Achievement Award multiple times, one of the firms highest annual award levels, including most recently in 2021. In his first five years with the company, Brian has sold over $300 million in self-storage transactions, primarily focusing on facilities in the Midwest and Southern regions of the United States. Following his steady business growth, Brian was promoted to Senior Associate in Summer 2019, Vice President Investments in Summer 2021, and First Vice President Investments in Fall 2021. Using his keen knowledge of the self-storage industry and market, in addition to his solid work ethic and determination, Brian aims to achieve the maximum sale prices for his clients for each transaction.
