Brian Keegan

Brian Keegan joined Essex Realty Group in 2021 as an Associate with primary focuses on asset valuation, market research, and business development. Prior to joining Essex, Brian worked for three years at a vertically integrated development firm, providing the principal developer with project management and construction advisory services. To date, he’s been involved in the sale and transaction of more than 40 million dollars’ worth of investment real estate. He’s also actively managed more than 30 million dollars of ground-up construction. Outside of work, Brian enjoys live music, camping, playing sports, and anything else that gets him outside.
