Brian Goodwin

As Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services and Principal in the firm, Brian specializes in tenant representation on a national and regional scale. His active retail clients include Caliber Collision, Chase Bank, Discount Tire, Mattress Firm, PetSmart, PXG, Sportsman’s Warehouse, and The Beauty Institute. In addition, Brian represents numerous owners on a project leasing and sales basis. His professional experience has taken him throughout the U.S. Brian has been part of the Metro team since 2008 and is based out of our Plymouth Meeting office. He is a graduate of Elizabethtown College.
