Brian Gehrki

Since graduation from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1983 with a Finance and Real Estate degree my career over the past 33 years has laid an outstanding foundation of knowledge and experience in all segments of the commercial real estate industry. Beginning my career by managing a portfolio of commercial properties totaling approximately 2 million square feet allowed me to understand the basic building blocks of commercial real estate. Progressing into the brokerage and tenant representation segment of the market later in my career broadened my understanding of how different interests must work together to achieve mutual success. After 19 years in the industry Gehrki Commercial Real Estate was founded in January of 2003. Gehrki Commercial Real Estate has established itself as one of the premier commercial real estate companies in Arkansas
