Brian Fry

Brian spearheads our team of asset managers and analysts, shaping strategies and steering investment decisions for our Outpatient Medical & Research portfolios. Starting at Ventas in 2011 as a Project Manager for the Construction and Development team, Brian's journey has seen him excel in various roles, including Manager of Construction and Development; Director of Seniors Housing Operating Portfolio (SHOP) Asset Management; and Director of Medical Office. From 2011-17, he was instrumental in initiating and leading all corporate reporting on critical environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. Before joining the Ventas and Lillibridge family, Brian brought his project management expertise to J.G. Rock Construction in the greater Chicago area, managing and procuring a diverse range of projects. Brian holds a BS in Economics from Illinois State University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from North Central College.
