Brian Floyd

Brian A. Floyd, Associate Broker, is a West Virginia native and a forty+ year resident of Fairmont and Marion County. Brian is well known around the Fairmont business community. He is a local entrepreneur owning a past food service company and current home renovation business. He specializes in both residential and commercial real estate. He is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Business, the Greenbrier Culinary Apprenticeship, Marshall University with a Masters in Higher Education Leadership, and the Spruce School of Real Estate. Brian and his wife Janet live in Fairmont with their three children.
