A 24-year industry veteran, Brian came to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 2023 after three years as a senior leasing manager with Prologis. There, he oversaw a 3.6 million-square-foot portfolio of industrial properties in Richmond, Norfolk and Fredericksburg. He began his real estate career in 1992 with Newmark Associates in East Hanover, New Jersey. After relocating to Virginia in 1995, Brian joined Robinson Sigma in October of 1995 then joined CBRE in 1998 through June of 2006. From 2006 till 2020 Brian oversaw the industrial portfolio for Liberty Property Trust until Liberty's merger with Prologis on Feb 4, 2020, where he continued to handle this portfolio. During his career he has completed hundreds of lease transactions, representing both tenants and landlords. Mr Felton's focus concentrates on the leasing of industrial and flex properties in Richmond and Norfolk VA. With over 20 years of sales and leasing experience, Brian is receptive to the diverse and evolving needs of his clients. His proficiency in providing financial analysis and his insight as to the effects of economic conditions in the real estate market allow him to provide the expertise clients need in today's market.
