Brian Fabricatore

Brian brings to Transact a unique blend of hands-on experience in the areas of retail, restaurant ownership, commercial real estate sales and business brokerage. Beginning his career in New York, he participated in the family ownership and management of several New York delis and sub shops. He also spent 6 years in New York as a licensed commercial real estate agent, successfully closing both real estate and business brokerage transactions. During this time, Brian achieved an impressive track record of securing sales, performing personal broker opinions and expert testimony in business valuation. Between his time in New York and Virginia, Brian has also spent over 10 years in sales and management in retail, wholesale and industrial operations. In this capacity, he has received awards and recognition for customer service, merchandising and sales gains. In 1994 Brian moved to Virginia to own and operate his own full service restaurant. Following his four year stint as a restaurateur, Brian returned to his career in commercial real estate and business sales in the Richmond area. This ultimately led him to Transact, where he is focusing his career on the sale of small businesses, retail and restaurants
