Brian Epstein

Prior to founding Urban Space Commercial Properties in 1999, Brian worked at Kosene & Kosene Development Company as a leasing agent and The Swiss Group as a retail broker. In the past 19 years, Brian has had transactional volume in excess of $590 million. He is a graduate of Indiana University and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and RARE Connection.
