Brian Ellisor

Mr. Ellisor has been in the commercial real estate business since 2002. He began his career with Houston based Weaver, Davis & Jacob Realty Group focused on project leasing, tenant representation, development and site selection. His successful project leasing programs have led to consistently high occupancies for both the Red Oak portfolio and third-party shopping center owners. Some of his tenant rep clients include Aaron Rents, Texadelphia, Auto Zone, Fuddruckers, Kolache Factory, Double Dave’s Pizza, CVS Pharmacy, and Café Japon. Brian was also chosen by San Antonio based Massage Heights to handle all site selections and new lease negotiations for the roll out of the Houston Area. He has partnered with a variety principals over the years, providing operational expertise with development and repositioning. Brian graduated from the University of Texas, Austin, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance and Management Information Systems.
