Brian Duffy

Brian Duffy is the Managing Director and leader of the firm’s occupier services team in Chicago. He is responsible for growing all facets of the occupier services business, including serving existing and expanding new client relationships while recruiting and retaining top-tier talent. In addition to driving the occupier business from Chicago, Brian is responsible for identifying and executing leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development opportunities with or on behalf of occupier clients. Prior to joining Stream in 2020, Brian spent the start of his career at Cushman & Wakefield (previously Equis, then DTZ) where he had served as a Director on the tenant representation team prior to his departure. Throughout his career, Brian has helped both local Chicago clients as well as national portfolio clients develop and execute their real estate strategies across office and industrial assets. His experience spans industries including logistics, food & beverage, professional services, technology, legal, manufacturing, and finance. In his tenure, Brian has participated in over 200 transactions valued over $1B.
