Brian Downey joined the Danberry Commercial Team in the fall of 2012 and brings with him a surplus of Downtown Toledo experience in the office, retail, warehouse, property management and development phases of commercial real estate. Brian has been an integral part of a number of projects on both the listing and buying side as well as development. Brian began working with STS Property Management in 2010 as a property manager servicing properties we own and eventually became a Licensed Realtor. Brian’s main focus is the Central Business District in Downtown Toledo as well as the Maumee area, where he has been identifying opportunities and representing clients in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate. Brian is pursuing his CCIM Designation for the future.
