Brian Crivella

Brian Crivella is a Senior Managing Director in the DC Metro office and co-leads the institutional sales team for Berkadia’s Mid-Atlantic region. Since 2015, his team has completed over $7 billion in investments sales encompassing over 23,000 units. Further, the team has capitalized development transactions for over 8,000 units and nearly $3 billion of total project costs. Prior to joining Berkadia, Brian co-headed Investment Advisory and Equity Placement for JLL Multifamily Capital Markets in the Mid-Atlantic region. He returned to JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience. He specialized in investment advisory and equity advisory of multifamily properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. Brian joined HFF in July 2011 and transitioned to co-head of the DC office’s multifamily investment advisory team in 2015. Brian grew up in Rockville, MD and attended the University of Richmond. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, he moved to Arlington and started his career in commercial real estate. He is actively involved in numerous industry organizations, including NMHC & ULI. Brian is involved with numerous charitable endeavors and currently serves on the special gifts committee and will be on the board of directors for the Arlington Free Clinic.
