Brian Coyle

Brian Coyle was the Director of the 3CRE Nashville Commercial Division. He specialized in multifamily and commercial assets. He was responsible for over $170 million dollars in multifamily and commercial sales. However, it’s his dedication and appreciation for customer relations that will make him an indispensable asset to Oliver Smith Realty & Development Company, Inc. Originally from Darien, Connecticut, he made his way to Cincinnati by way of Xavier University. Brian will be entering his fifth year in the commercial real estate industry. His specialties include helping investors with the process of acquiring, selling, and developing commercial & multifamily investments.
