Brian Costello

Brian has built his independent commercial real estate experience on a strong foundation of almost a decade of work side by side with seasoned brokers. His strong background in Silicon Valley commercial real estate began in 2006 during an apprenticeship with his father at the highly reputable firm: Costello Commercial Real Estate. He then launched his career in commercial real estate in 2012 as a licensed agent at Sperry Van Ness | SV Advisors. In 2014 Ritchie Commercial welcomed Brian on as an agent emphasizing in office/industrial sales and leasing as well as investments. Brian holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Real Estate Economics with a Business Administration Minor from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. In his free time, he plays roller hockey in the American Inline Hockey League and enjoys snowboarding in beautiful Lake Tahoe. Brian is also an active member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB). Brian is service oriented and is truly motivated to help people. He utilizes contemporary and effective marketing tools, listens, and advocates for his clients with courtesy and honesty reflecting market conditions and industry protocols.
