Brian Cohen

Brian Cohen joined Newmark in 2008. He works closely with Vice Chairmen Moshe Sukenik and Chris Mongeluzo, forming a team whose clientele comprises many of the most prestigious companies in New York and around the country. Their particular expertise in representing law firms has earned them a reputation as one of the legal community’s leading advisory teams. In 2017, Cohen was named Newmark’s “Tri-State Director of the Year.” At Newmark, Cohen has been instrumental in completing more than 100 transactions, which, in total, exceed 4 million square feet. His degree in law, as well as his formidable background in accounting, form the foundation of a unique skill set that he leverages to benefit his clients. Before joining Newmark, Cohen worked for Georgia Malone & Company. Prior to this, he worked in international tax for Ernst and Young.
