Brian Campbell

Brian Campbell, Managing Partner and owner of BC Urban, LLC, has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, investment, development, and negotiation of complex business transactions with both public and private organizations. Brian has completed thousands of transactions in 25 states and 10 foreign countries. He has earned real estate broker licenses in four different states and was instrumental in the development of many of the leasing techniques used internationally today. Brian was an equity partner of both national commercial real estate brokerage firms Colliers Seeley and Studley after many years working with John Cushman at Cushman Realty Corp. Cushman Realty was the leading commercial real estate firm of its day prior to its acquisition by Cushman & Wakefield. Brian is a former U.S. Army (Airborne) Infantry Captain and a current elected City Councilman in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, population 43,000.
