Brian Buschuk

Mr. Buschuk was recruited to JLL in 2009 after having owned his own real estate company and having been an associate at Meridian Real Estate. As a former business owner, he has a true appreciation for his clients’ business objectives and how real estate can have a positive impact to the bottom line. He delivers results efficiently and consistently with attention to detail. With a focus on industrial real estate, Mr. Buschuk has expertise and experience in several types of transactions including dispositions, agency leasing and tenant representation. In addition to his own clients, he often assists the greater industrial on many projects in which his knowledge and skill sets add significant value.
