Brian Brooks serves Foundry Commercial as Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services, with 20+ years of commercial real estate experience focusing on tenant representation and acquisitions/dispositions. As a member of the Foundry team, Brian has represented over 1,000,000 SF of transactions. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Brian worked at Lincoln Property Company where he helped start the Dallas Tenant Representation Team and represented more than 500,000 SF of office, retail, and warehouse users. Transaction experience includes renewals, relocations, expansions, contractions, acquisitions, dispositions and lease re-negotiations.
