Brian Baker

Brian is a commercial real estate salesperson for the Virginia Beach, VA office of The Katsias Company. Prior to joining The Katsias Company in 2009 Brian worked with GVA Advantis Real Estate Services Company. He specialized there primarily in Industrial Properties in the Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Chesapeake areas of Hampton Roads in Virginia. Prior to joining GVA Advantis, Brian had been working in the Industrial Material Handling and Light Construction sales field for 16 years. He had served most recently with Carter Machinery Company and then Gregory Poole Equipment Company as the Branch Manager of the Caterpillar Industrial Lift Systems Divisions located in Chesapeake, Virginia. His previous 10 years in the industrial field focused on outside sales assisting clients in a wide spectrum of material handling and lift truck needs, as well as designing and consulting on warehouse storage systems.
