Brian Anderson

After a 21 year career of military service and defense contracting, Brian Anderson joined Roger Cox & Associates in May 1995 as Vice President of Property Management. He was made President in 2003. In 2011 he was named Chief Operating Officer and is the qualifying broker for both real estate brokerage and property management. Brian is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an active member of the Commercial Association of Realtors New Mexico (CARNM). He was named Realtor of the Year by CARNM in 2012. He served as CARNM President and has been on the Board of Directors of many trade associations. While representing both tenants and landlords, Brian has worked with such major clients as M+W Zander, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Sun Microsystems, U.S. Postal Service, KLA Tencor, Unisource, Smith Barney, NCI, Morgan Stanley, Southwest Securities, Deep South Insurance and GSA. Brian holds a B.B.A. from National University in San Diego.
