Brewster Hague

Brewster Hague is a Partner at Greenstone Partners and advises his clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail, multifamily, mixed-use, and development opportunities throughout Chicago’s neighborhoods and suburbs. Since joining the firm in 2019, he has established himself as a top producer and, in 2024, was promoted to Partner, the first broker to join Greenstone Partners and achieve Partner designation. Brewster has earned numerous industry accolades, including being named a CRE Future Leader by REjournals and a 2022 Illinois Real Estate Journal Finalist for Emerging Leader of the Year. With fellow Greenstone Partners’ team members, he earned Chicago Real Estate Awards’ Broker of the Year – Private Capital and was named a Finalist in Illinois Real Estate Journal’s Broker Team of the Year.

  Brewster graduated from Marquette University with a double major in finance and real estate. During his years there, Brewster served as the captain to Marquette University’s Commercial Real Estate Team.
