Brett has had long-term exposure to the commercial real estate industry through friends and family. Prior to working with Stone Commercial, Brett worked with a high-performing national investment sales team based in the Bay Area. During his time in the Bay Area he had the opportunity to contribute to countless closings across the country to meet a variety of needs. Brett’s primary interest has consistently been in the area of client relationships, with the opportunity of building relationships and connecting with clients being a key to career satisfaction. In representing Stone Commercial's clients, Brett aims to leverage his investment sales experience to have a complete understanding of their needs, and how they can best be served. By knowing the client’s goals and financial objectives, he’s able to take a targeted approach when analyzing investment opportunities.
