Brett Siegel

Brett Siegel is a Vice Chairman and Co-Head of the New York Capital Markets Investment Sales division at Newmark. Siegel specializes in property sales, joint ventures, ground leases, developments and structured finance transactions. His main areas of expertise are New York City office, retail and multifamily projects. Since the start of his career, Siegel has been involved in more than $30 billion of transactions for a wide range of institutional and private clients. Siegel joined Newmark in 2019 after 13 years at Eastdil Secured, where he most recently served as a Managing Director.
