After a decade of experience in commercial real estate, I launched CAST in Nevada with my retail team, CNR Retail, in 2023. I spent the majority of my career at Colliers International, following my start with SVN The Equity Group in Southern Nevada. Throughout my career, I've assisted clients by providing market knowledge, expertise in negotiations, and expansion support across multiple markets. My specializations include retail and F&B for the Las Vegas Strip, mixed-use properties, adaptive reuse developments, and tenant representation throughout the country. My current project and focus is the redevelopment of 100k SF of office buildings into an upscale lifestyle shopping center in Green Valley Ranch called The Cliff, which will feature culinary dining, entertainment, luxury retail shops and services for the community. I am an active member in ICSC, NAIOP Southern Nevada, RARE Connection, and a graduate from the Developing Leaders Institute in 2016. As a third-generation native of Las Vegas and alumnus of both Green Valley High School and the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Las Vegas has always been my home.
