Brett is a Lancaster native who joinedWeichert Realtors - The Ortega Group in 2026. He began his Real Estate career in 2018 as a private investor and became licensed as a real estate agent in 2019. Brett brings to his practice a strong knowledge of multifamily, mixed use and investment properties. His personal experience with investment acquisitions allows him a unique insight into the mindset and needs of a commercial real estate investor. He has recently completed the CCIM course curriculum and is in the process of seeking his CCIM designation. Brett offers an in-depth level of knowledge, insight and enhanced skills to assist his clients in making the right property decisions. His skill set includes financial analysis, market analysis, due diligence and property rehab and renovation experience. Brett is also a member of the Lancaster Commercial Industrial Real Estate Council and a proud member of Lancaster Rotary Club.
