Prior to joining Cresa, Brett spent eight years working on behalf of institutional landlords, the most recent of which saw him in the role as Vice President, Asset Management at Slate Asset Management where he oversaw the leasing, capital, redevelopment, taxes, reporting, appraisals, and financing of 2M square feet of office towers in Calgary’s downtown core.
