Brett Kluewer recently joined Savills as a Senior Managing Director, bringing with him more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate and a reputation for building strong, strategic partnerships with clients. Brett specializes in developing and executing complex real estate strategies that drive operational efficiency, elevate brand presence, and support long-term business growth. Prior to joining Savills, Brett served as a Managing Director at Stream Realty Partners in the Greater Los Angeles area, where he advised clients on high-level real estate solutions across a range of industries. Before his time at Stream, he spent 13 years at Colliers International as a Senior Vice President. During his tenure at Colliers he represented 30% of the firm’s Fortune 500 companies. Brett represented notable tenants including Microsoft, Neudesic, PriceSpider, FirstService Residential, Coca-Cola, Mutual of Omaha, and Crown Castle. Known for his client-first mindset and collaborative approach, Brett continues to deliver measurable results through customized real estate strategies that align with his clients’ business objectives.
