Brett Kahn

With nearly two decades of multifamily real estate expertise, Kahn leads Clarion Partners’ asset-management platform for its expanding housing portfolio. Partnering closely with senior leadership, he drives portfolio performance, operational excellence, and innovation across Clarion’s residential investments. Before joining Clarion, Kahn was Managing Director and West Region Co-Head at JPMorgan Asset Management. There he oversaw a $25 billion portfolio spanning more than 41 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail properties, alongside 11,000-plus apartment units. During his tenure at JPMorgan’s Real Estate Americas group, he progressed through roles in asset management, dispositions, national multifamily strategy, and operational leadership, ultimately executing over $5.5 billion in transactions.
