Brett Garceau

Brett Garceau, SIOR joined Colliers | Wisconsin in December 2018 as a Senior Vice President within the Industrial Services Group. Prior to joining Colliers, Brett was a Senior Vice President of Industrial at NAI MLG Commercial for 11 years. Brett specializes in advising national, regional and local companies as well as institutional and private investors with strategic plans for their acquisition or disposition needs (lease and sale) throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and beyond. As a 16 year + veteran in the Industrial space market Brett prides himself on delivering a highly communicative, disciplined and systematic approach in achieving unparalleled results for clients across all space sizes. Outside of the office Brett is a competitive endurance athlete having competed in several full and half Ironman triathlons including the World Championship in St George Utah, ultra marathons up to 100 miles as well as several world major marathons in both NYC and CHI. Brett has aligned his personal connection with T1 diabetes with his passion for endurance racing and through his efforts has raised over $70,000 for JDRF/Breakthrough T1.
