Brett Davidoff

Brett Davidoff joined J.C. BAR Properties, Inc. in June 2025 as Vice President of Brokerage Services. Brett has been building a successful career in commercial real estate since 2008 and brings with him a depth of experience across all sectors of the industry. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation, market analysis, and strategic site selection while also exceling in the procurement of sales transactions for owners, owner-occupants, and investors. His comprehensive market knowledge and understanding of commercial real estate align seamlessly with the J.C. BAR Properties approach. Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Muhlenberg College. His other accomplishments include winning a “Costar 2023 Power Broker Award” as well as being named in the “2021 Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate” by South Jersey Biz. Originally hailing from New Jersey, Brett currently resides in Dresher, PA with his wife, two children, and their family dog. Brett enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and is actively involved in several animal welfare organizations.
