As a senior vice president in the Newport Beach office, Brett Butler leads a highly accomplished team of professionals in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office, industrial, sale leaseback and portfolio net lease properties. His care for and commitment to his clients has allowed him to cultivate and foster strong relationships with the top developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and private investors nationwide. Prior to Northmarq, Brett served as senior director at Stan Johnson Company. Brett's attention to detail and client focus has enabled him to secure more than $1 billion in total transaction volume since 2009. With over 19 years of commercial real estate experience, he is well regarded and sought out for his advice and expertise on intricate transactions. Brett is a member of ICSC and NAIOP and holds a B.S.B.A in finance from the University of Tulsa.
