Brett Bey

Brett is a third-generation property manager that has been raised around real estate from a young age. Brett has directly managed income-producing assets in Los Angeles & San Luis Obispo Counties valued at over $35m before forming BPS, Inc. in 2022. After growing up in Arroyo Grande & earning his BA from Point Loma Nazarene University in Management and Organizational Communication, he moved back to the Central Coast to marry his high school sweetheart & start his professional career. Brett has a professional background in property management, escrow, lending, & notarial acts. Outside of the office, Brett loves spending time with his wife/business partner Jackie & their two children. In his free time, Brett enjoys working with his hands and/or fixing things that are broken; whether it be his home, investment properties, vintage motorcycles, or running drills at the shooting range.
