
Bret specializes in the sale of NNN properties nationwide, including brand name tenants such as Wawa, CVS, and McDonald’s. His sales portfolio includes everything from a $400,000 7-Eleven, to a $16,000,000 Walgreens. Bret joined SIP in 2018 with a background in business marketing. He prides himself on his ability to stay dialed in, and see every deal through to its completion. He is a firm believer in making himself available at all times and being hands on with all sides of every deal.
