I counsel developers and investors in the acquisition, development, leasing, disposition and financing of a variety of commercial and industrial real estate ventures including but not limited to: the drafting and negotiation of purchase-sale agreements; title review; project due diligence; closing facilitation; review and negotiation of construction, mezzanine, permanent and refinance loans and facilities; 1031 exchanges; commercial, retail and industrial lease negotiation; preparation of covenants, conditions and restrictions, shopping center declarations, and reciprocal easement agreements; entity formation; and preparation and review of and tenancy in common agreements. Since my admission to the California State Bar, I have helped close over 180 transactions representing over one billion dollars in total value.
