Bret Davis, an Executive Vice President and market lead of the JLL Las Vegas office, specializes in representing Tenants in the Las Vegas Valley. For the past decade, he has exclusively represented tenants in structuring and negotiating lease and purchase transactions. Bret provides his clients with a full range of advisory services and enjoys helping them shape real estate strategies that support their overall corporate objectives. Bret has concluded over 5.6 million square feet of lease transactions, and works on each assignment with tremendous energy and enthusiasm. Bret spent the beginning of his career negotiating from a landlord's perspective, giving him a unique perspective of both landlord and tenant requirements and has become a valuable advantage as a tenant’s advocate in all facets of the negotiating process.
