Brenton Schrader

Brenton handles retail real estate leasing and sales for a roster of corporate clients as well as for Citadel Property Advisors’ one million-square-foot portfolio of shopping centers and retail assets. Brenton is responsible for establishing merchandising strategies, recruiting prospects, and executing leases for Citadel’s retail developments including The Mayfair Collection in Wauwatosa, Wis. and Calhoun Crossing in Brookfield, Wis. In his role, Brenton has been named as a CoStar Power Broker and has completed leases with many of nation’s top retailers including TJX Companies, Kohl’s, Total Wine, DSW, J. Crew, Luxottica, and more. Mr. Schrader also specializes in restaurant sales and leasing and represents all of the Darden Restaurant brands in Illinois and northwest Indiana including: Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Capital Grille, Yard House, and Eddie V’s. Aside from the site selection experience with Darden, Brenton works with restaurant operators of all sizes to identify the ideal location for a restaurant based on competitive performance and site dynamics and to negotiate lease terms that help facilitate long-term success. In addition to tenant representation, Brenton works with developers to curate a restaurant mix at their projects that complements the retail tenant line-up and fosters an integrative mixed-use experience.
