ABOUT

Brent Spitzer, Southeast Market Leader at Bamboo Equity Partners, is responsible for driving the performance of Bamboo’s assets in the Carolinas, Florida, and Georgia, in addition to growing the acquisition pipeline in the Southeast Region. His aptitude for developing and maintaining deep and meaningful relationships, along with his experience across nearly 20 years in commercial real estate corporate services, high volume transaction management, and tenant/buyer representation are essential to the firm’s success. Brent joins Bamboo from CBRE, where he spent the last seven years in various leadership roles within Global Workplace Solutions and Advisory & Transaction Services. He dedicated his time to a multi-market team, managing domestic and global transactions for portfolio clients in the life sciences, technology, telecom, finance, and US government sectors. Brent advised on strategy and managed transactions that ranged from lease extensions and acquisitions to disposing and relocating a 430,000 SF global headquarters, as well as leading strategy of a ten-building campus exit following regional consolidation. Before joining CBRE, he spent seven plus years in office and retail tenant representation in the Greater Washington DC market. Brent is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a major in Finance and Banking with a Dual Emphasis in Real Estate. A St. Louis native and eternal Cardinals fan, he now resides in Charlotte with his wife and two boys.
