Brent Rudell

Brent Rudell is the Broker of Record in the London branch office. Graduating from McMaster University, Brent obtained his Honors Bachelor Degree in Geography with specialization in Environmental Sciences and Urban Planning/Design. Since then he has built an expertise in property dispositions, property investment valuation, Buyer/Tenant representation and Landlord/Vendor representation. Brent started his career with the Ontario Realty Corporation, in the Transaction Management Group. Brent carried out highly complex property dispositions for the Province of Ontario at this time. For the past 7 years Brent has been an integral part of the DTZ London Office handling property dispositions accruing to $100+ million. His success is driven by techniquesused in complex transactions and a positive approach to networking with clients.
