Brent Robinson

Brent Robinson, Executive Managing Director & Managing Principal at Cushman & Wakefield, leads the Quebec market which includes over 55 professionals specializing in Brokerage, Asset Services, Valuation & Advisory and Project Development Services. In addition to his leadership role, Brent is a member of the National Capital Markets Group which specializes in structuring innovative capital solutions to support all real estate asset classes. Along with his partner, Jason Ansel, and in collaboration with Scott MacPherson, they cover the Greater Montreal and Quebec market with a focus on providing investment sales, debt financing and equity solutions for their clients. With more than 16 years of brokerage and institutional ownership experience, Brent brings extensive knowledge of the industry to his role. Brent joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 from iA Financial Group where he was Director, Leasing & Asset Management, and directly oversaw the activities of a 6 million-square-foot portfolio of office, industrial and retail assets in Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa and Toronto. At iA, he also played a key role in acquisitions, dispositions and restructuring the firm’s real estate investment group. Brent began his commercial real estate career in brokerage at CBRE. From there he joined Oxford Properties (OMERS) where he worked from 2012-2017. After graduating from Brown University in 2004, Brent played four years of professional hockey in the U.S., Sweden and Germany.
