Brent Lee

Brent grew up in Tsawwassen after moving there in the 2nd grade in 1975. He graduated from SDSS and then attended UBC, graduating in 1990 from the faculty of Commerce with a specialty in Urban Land Economics. Since that time he’s worked 30 years in real estate, negotiating sales and leases from shopping centres to office towers with tenants, brokers, and landlords / developers. He's worked for major owners and developers including Bosa Development, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Amacon and QuadReal Property Group (bcIMC). He has a wide range of experiences and has always enjoyed the process of negotiating deals.
