ent Blaesi is a Sacramento native and has been appraising real estate since 1981. After graduating from UC Berkeley, Brent went to work for his father, Francis L. Blaesi, MAI, SREA, SR/WA, the founder of Blaesi & Company. During his appraisal career, Brent has obtained the coveted appraisal designations MAI and SRPA and the respect of his peers throughout the region. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California and has testified numerous times as an expert witness in the Superior Court in Sacramento County. He has performed a comprehensive array of appraisal assignments including improved and vacant retail commercial, office, industrial, single-family residential, multiple-family residential, mixed-use, special purpose, agricultural and recreational properties. In the last few years, a large part of his work has been appraising full and partial acquisition eminent domain projects, and other easement valuation assignments including single and multi-family residential, school, park, office, commercial, industrial, detention basin, well, electrical substation and agricultural properties. He has worked for 17 local government agencies and 14 law firms.
