Brent Beshears

Brent brings a wide range of skills to the Insite Commercial Group. Since earning his degree in Real Estate from Ferris State University, Brent has gained knowledge in all aspects of sales and lease negotiations since the beginning of his career in 1993. Brent prides himself on being the second generation of the Beshears family to be actively involved in the real estate industry. Brent's accomplishments last year included a total of 200,000 square feet of commercial sales and office leases, as well as being the Exclusive Leasing Agent of over 1,000,000 square feet of Class A office space. The result of these accomplishments made Brent the top-producing broker for Insite Commercial Group. Brent is a member of TCN (The Commercial Network), the Detroit Area Commercial Board of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Additionally, Brent has completed specialized training in sales, negotiating and legal writing, which allows him to look out for the best interests of his clients in all of his real estate activities.
