Brennan launched his commercial real estate career immediately after earning his degree in Business and Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University. With a thorough and comprehensive understanding of both local and regional planning frameworks, Brennan specializes in underwriting asset valuation, considering both macro and micro factors that influence market dynamics. Over the last five years, Brennan has successfully played an instrumental role in transactions totaling over $500 million. Brennan regularly applies his extensive knowledge to provide clients with strategic insights on valuation, deal negotiations, creative deal structures, and maximizing property value.
