Brendan O'Leary

Brendan O’Leary joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as one of just twelve candidates selected for the firm’s highly competitive Professional Real Estate Program (PREP), a year-long rotational program designed to provide comprehensive exposure across service lines. Following completion, he was retained as part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Brokerage Group. Now a Director, Brendan advises tenants and landlords on strategic occupancy solutions and cost reduction strategies, including acquisitions, dispositions, lease renewals, and restructurings. He has been directly involved in over one million square feet of leasing transactions across both national and international markets.
