Brendan Murphy is an Associate, Investments with NNN Pro, one of the top-performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Brendan joined NNN Pro in 2024 and currently works with disposition programs for developers, family offices, franchisees, and high-net-worth individuals across all product types in the net lease industry. Additionally, Brendan is a member of the group responsible for leading the team’s national daycare and healthcare disposition programs. Prior to working with NNN Pro, Brendan graduated from Franklin & Marshall College, with a degree in Business where he was the captain of the Varsity Men’s Lacrosse Team
