Brendan DeBlois
Brendan DeBlois is the Development Manager at Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, where he oversees commercial development initiatives and contributes to project execution and investment strategy across a diverse portfolio. Based in Florida, Brendan brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial drive, operational leadership, and hands-on engineering experience to his role in real estate development. Before joining Jeremiah Baron & Co., Brendan co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of Cerveceros del Mar Holdings, LLC, a craft brewing venture based in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. Over nearly eight years, he helped grow the company from inception to a recognized regional brand. He also served as Chief Engineer aboard a 141-foot classic fishing and racing schooner, managing all marine systems while navigating seasonal operations between the Caribbean and New England. Brendan is a graduate of the University of Denver and brings a global perspective and technical expertise to his work in real estate development and investment.
