Brenda Miller

Specializing in retail and restaurant leasing and sales. She has represented landlords and tenants in hundreds of leases as well as buyers and sellers in numerous sales transactions. Brenda loves helping businesses and is passionate about what she does. Brenda began her first career in retail management at Bullocks and then I. Magnin which brought her to the Sacramento region in 1991. Realizing that specialty department stores were continuing to close, she pursued her second career in real estate and began commercial leasing and sales in 1994 at Parker Stevenson Brokerage and went on to work with American General Properties, CB Richard Ellis and, Associates West Commercial before joining TRI Commercial. Over the years Brenda has been involved with various industry associations and is very active in her local church.
