Brenda Francis

Brenda has over 30 years experience in the real estate business. She was first licensed in Alabama in 1978 and worked in residential sales. She obtained her broker’s license when returning to Florida in 1987. She worked with a local developer in Tallahassee and specialized in sales and land development in both residential and commercial real estate. In, 1996, she joined SouthGroup Properties and in January 2004 she started her own company Broker Group Realty, Inc. She joined Structure Commercial Real Estate in 2011 as a Broker Associate where she specializes in commercial office and retail properties. She obtained her CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in May 2001. The CCIM designation is recognized as the mark of professionalism and knowledge in commercial-investment real estate. Brenda was the 2007 FL-CCIM Panhandle Vice President and 2008 President Elect. She served as President of the local Commercial Council for 1998 and 1999 and was voted Commercial Realtor of the Year for two years in a row (1997 and 1998) by her peers for her dedication and commitment to the commercial brokerage business in Tallahassee. She has served as a Director on the Tallahassee Board of Realtors and was instrumental in implementing internet advertising by the local commercial realtors, when the internet became the mode of communication among professionals.
