Breck DeHart
Breck DeHart began his real estate career with Cone Commercial Real Estate at the beginning of 2017 and specializes in landlord and tenant representation for office, industrial, and medical space. Prior to joining CCRE, Breck interned with Cushman Wakefield in Atlanta and The Shopping Center Group in Auburn, Alabama. Breck is a highly driven individual focused on building strong long-term relationships with his clients and other brokers. An Eagle Scout, Breck understands that the tenets of the Boy Scout Oath are critical not only to his success but also the success of those around him. Breck conducts business in a diligent, trustworthy, loyal, and efficient manner always making sure that the needs of the client are foremost every step of the way. Commercial Real Estate runs in his family, and he has been around it his entire life. As a result, Breck excelled in making an immediate impact at CCRE through marketing and communications for the entire team. His can-do attitude and willingness to provide assistance whenever and wherever needed has made him a valuable asset for the company. He notes that, “Since I began my career at Cone Commercial Real Estate, I have noticed that success translates directly from your attitude, work ethic, attentiveness and creativity. Relationships are truly a big part of this business, and that is why I am constantly involved, generating as many meaningful relationships as possible." Breck is an Atlanta native and a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. A 2017 graduate of Auburn University with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship, Breck played for three years on the Auburn Men’s Lacrosse team, and helped lead the team to its first SELC playoff berth since the early 2000’s. He served on the executive boards of the Auburn Men's Lacrosse Team and Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. An avid Atlanta Falcons and Auburn Tigers football fan, Breck also enjoys golf, tennis, lacrosse, and fishing and is a member of the Auburn-Atlanta Club and the Auburn Tigers Unlimited Club.
